Collection and local delivery
Cinnamon rolls are currently sold at the events and pop-ups shown on the Events page. Celebration cakes and advance group orders are normally collected by arrangement from the Nottingham area.
Local delivery may be agreed individually depending on distance, timing and availability. Any charge and handover details will be confirmed before your booking is accepted.

Storage and freshness
Products are made fresh. Because fillings, toppings and products vary, there is not one shelf life suitable for every bake. Follow the product-specific storage and best-before information supplied with your purchase.
Cinnamon rolls are often best at room temperature or warmed briefly before serving. Follow the information supplied for the exact flavour you bought.

Allergen information
Food allergies and intolerances are taken seriously. All products are prepared in a shared home kitchen where any of the 14 regulated allergens may be present. Shared preparation areas, ovens, utensils and equipment mean no product can be guaranteed completely allergen-free.
Please ask before buying or booking
If you or the recipient has an allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or another dietary requirement, speak to James at the event or email before confirming an advance order. Ingredients and suppliers can change, so please do not rely only on a previous purchase.
Vegan Lemon & Blueberry
This roll uses a vegan recipe and is kept separately at events, but it is prepared in the same home kitchen as products containing milk and egg. It is not presented as allergen-free.
Celebration-cake and group-order ingredients will be discussed during the quotation, and relevant written allergen information will be supplied with the finished order.
Severe allergies
Due to the shared kitchen and possibility of cross-contact, products are not suitable for customers with severe allergies unless Shawly Not Bakes has reviewed the exact requirements and confirmed otherwise in writing.
The 14 regulated allergens
Products may contain or have traces of celery; cereals containing gluten, including wheat, barley and oats; crustaceans; eggs; fish; lupin; milk; molluscs; mustard; peanuts; sesame; soya; sulphur dioxide and sulphites; and tree nuts, including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts.

Problems with an order
If an advance order is damaged, incorrect or appears unsafe, contact shawlynotbakes@outlook.com as soon as possible with your name, order details and clear photographs where relevant.
Each case will be assessed fairly. Depending on the circumstances, the solution may be a replacement, full refund, partial refund or another suitable remedy. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
